We pick the tart pie cherries ourselves at the peak of the season. Wonderful on our scones. "Cherry pie (with a touch of almond) in a jar!"
Sugarless: Made with the same fruit juices as the regular jellies, but SPLENDA© replaces the sugar. Consistency of sugar-free is similar to a fruit-butter. Also we use Ultra-Gel, a modified food starch (waxy maize) instead of commercial low-sugar pectin, so it's a gluten-free product and has a better set!
