Kansas-grown Bartlett pears combined with a hint of cloves…tastes like old-fashioned pear-butter, but with a lighter texture. (Goes well on Ginger-spice Muffins.)
Sugarless: Made with the same fruit juices as the regular jellies, but SPLENDA© replaces the sugar. Consistency of sugar-free is similar to a fruit-butter. Also we use Ultra-Gel, a modified food starch (waxy maize) instead of commercial low-sugar pectin, so it's a gluten-free product and has a better set!
